JARZ Street Ported Heads:
“Twin Cam

TM”. We
vastly improve the flow curve, beginning at low, mid and lifts up to
.650, using a slightly larger Baisley
intake and
exhaust valve with a distinctive port shape and a double radius seat
grind performed on a Sunnen VGS-20. All heads are flowbench tested
by JON ANDRES RACING on a FLOWLAB 520 by Quadrant Scientific for
consistency.
These
heads are designed primarily for street riding and will create a
wide powerband. We have
seen 100 ft. lbs. of torque and over 100 HP (under 6,000 RPM) on 80
cubic inch Evolutions
TM, and over 115 HP and 115 ft. lbs. of torque on Twin
cam 95 ci engines.
For those who want more horsepower we highly recommend Baisley
Hi-Performance Ported Heads. So
far in our testing, we have seen over 130 HP on Baisley Hybrid Heads
(Note: these are still
an H-D casting), or ask us regarding his revolutionary dual carbed
heads: Pro-flash record
setting heads, 9.7 seconds with no wheelie bars, no air shifter and
street tire - - all with only 88 cubic inches.
WHEW !! Note:
Baisley also used these heads on his first 7 second Pro-Stock
Harley; ET 7.54 at 177 mph. to be
exact.
